We can’t believe that we’re in the final month of 2022 already and I’m sure we’re not the only ones. 2022 has been a whirlwind for the whole team at Carnsight and we’ve been lucky enough to have plenty worth celebrating as a business. In today’s blog post, we wanted to take the time to reflect on what we’ve been up to and everything we’ve achieved as a team this year. This is your chance to get a sneak behind the scenes.

We started the year off right with founder Jess appearing in Brand You Magazine sharing how you can make your product famous!

We also thoroughly enjoyed working with Katie Redfern to launch her new EBook all about finding a meaningful career. You can read about the coverage we secured for Katie here.

We were lucky enough to attend the Spring Autumn Fair with the toy company Boppi and would be lying if we said we didn’t take some time out to play with the toys on display.

We also welcomed the fourth member of the Carnsight team, Yasmin! It’s hard to believe she only joined earlier this year and has so quickly become an invaluable and much-loved member of Carnsight.

International Women’s Day this year was themed #BreakTheBias and we loved sharing what the day meant to each and every one of us at Carnsight. We got to work with some truly magnificent women this year.

We attended the fabulous launch of Walr’s new brand in London and got to raise a glass to a fantastic business that has since gone from strength to strength. It’s also been a pleasure to work with Walr marketing manager Beth who we met for the first time at the rebrand launch.

Our Instagram might have you believe we’re always out celebrating and networking in glamorous locations, but mostly we stay behind our desks. Though there were a few fantastic team lunches and spa celebrations…

HR World’s Culture Clash event was a delight to attend and it was interesting to hear about how businesses are going about attracting and retaining their Gen Z talent.

The really lovely Martha joined us for a week’s worth of work experience. It was fantastic to welcome her into the office and show her what a career in PR could look like.

Marshfest 2022 was a hit! There was glitter, hula hooping, and great music, and Jess and the rest of the Marshfest team raised a fantastic amount for local charities.

We had the pleasure of attending the Business Leader Awards and got to get all dressed up for a wonderful evening celebrating a huge range of successful businesses.

The BBC joined us in Bristol to try some delicious Sri Lankan food from our client The Coconut Tree. We were delighted to be able to share their winning Come Dine With Me: The Professionals menu. If you haven’t been to The Coconut Tree yet you must! The food is so yummy and the team is a delight!

We all wore pink to mark Breast Cancer Awareness Day and made a donation on behalf of the business. Supporting amazing charities is incredibly important to us here at Carnsight and it’s something we’ll continue doing year after year. Our chosen charity to support this Christmas is The Stroke Association and we’ll be holding an office event to raise funds.

There were many head pats, back scratches and tug-of-war games this year when it came to this adorable bunch…

And all in all, we’re really proud of all of the coverage we’ve achieved this year and the hard work we’ve put in for our truly fantastic clients. Thank you to everyone who’s supported us this year!
