The Flexible Space Association (FlexSA) will host its much-anticipated annual Conference and Exhibition on Tuesday, May 14th in Central London, with renowned BBC journalist Dougal Shaw as a keynote speaker, alongside a host of industry experts. With 40% of buildings offering flexible workspace achieving values greater than the average for office buildings in their market (CBRE) and Nexudus reporting that by 2028, flexible workspace will account for as much as 10% of Class A buildings, the flexible space industry proves itself as a dynamic and rapidly evolving market.
The event promises to immerse attendees in a day filled with unparalleled insights. Conference guests can expect a comprehensive exploration of new developments within the sector and evolving customer priorities. Sessions will include Dougal Shaw’s ‘Flexible spaces for work: The view from a business journalist’, and a panel discussion entitled ‘Play where others can’t – competitive advantages for a smaller workspace operator’, among others. The programme brings together a wealth of people with extensive industry experience, including 10 CEOs and Managing Directors. Suzanne Murdock, MD and Co-Founder of The Hub Newry, and Michael Millard, London Performance Director and UK AML Compliance Officer, IWG, will be conference hosts.
