Flexible workspace operator, The Boutique Workplace Company, launches its first workspace in Cheltenham as it continues to expand its footprint in key UK towns and cities. The Cheltenham site at Jessop House, builds upon Boutique’s existing portfolio of 40 workspaces across London, Birmingham and Glasgow.
Aimed specifically at the Cheltenham and the wider Gloucestershire / Cotswolds area, Jessop House will be a hub for small and growing businesses. Memberships will be available to solo workers, a range of meeting rooms available for clients and external businesses and private offices for businesses from 2 to 20 people. Boutique’s space totals 188 desks across many office size configurations.
Daniel Wheble, CEO of The Boutique Workplace Company stated “We’re delighted to be supporting the strong and vibrant business community in Cheltenham. Jessop House is a fantastic addition to our strong portfolio of workplaces. As we’ve done in other parts of the UK, we’re aiming to bring a modern, tactile office space, where small businesses can grow, connect and enjoy a hospitality-led office experience which is normally the preserve of large businesses.”
The Boutique Workplace Company operates 40 sites, focussing on combining beautiful period buildings, with first class hospitality and all-important flexibility. The company vision is to create a big workplace experience for small businesses; a vision which is backed-up with market-leading customer loyalty, strong net promoter scores and increasingly positive reviews and testimonials.
Commencing 1st March 2026, Boutique will manage the East and West wings of the Ground floor space, totalling 10,500sqft, with the potential to expand further across the 60,000sqft floorplate over time.
Boutique will manage the space on behalf of PITCH, a fund managed by Swiss Life Asset Managers UK, with refurbishment works being completed by contractors HCL.
