Meet the team
Working from our office between Bath and Bristol, we are a team of communications experts who help small to medium-sized creative businesses through effective PR and strong content.
We deliver brilliant public relations campaigns and content for small to medium businesses and media and marketing agencies. Our approach is straightforward, transparent, and we work as a natural extension to our clients’ teams.
We are a small core PR agency, but flex our structure to match the tasks in hand and bring on board professional photographers, videographers and copywriters when the work calls for it.

In 2016, after 15 years of working with high-profile clients at TEQUILA\, Craik Jones and Proximity and then as Director of PR agency Pumpkin, where she worked with M&C Saatchi among other global brands, Jess founded PR consultancy, Carnsight Communications.
Passionate about the benefits well-executed PR brings to businesses big and small, Jess loves working directly with Carnsight clients and the media to create campaigns that resonate and deliver beyond expectation.
Jess hails from St Agnes and stays true to her Cornwallian roots. ‘Carnsight’ means ‘sight of the hill’ and the logo is inspired by stones stacked on top of Carn Brea, near Redruth.
Since setting up Carnsight, Jess and her family moved from London to the West Country where she is the proud owner of a lively cockapoo (Clifford) and a burgeoning vegetable plot.
Leigh-Ann joined Carnsight as an intern in 2019, and we’re extremely glad she did. Her strength in communicating with both journalists and clients, her proactivity and her skilful writing meant she quickly became a key part of the team. She became our account executive in 2020 and was promoted to account manager in 2021.
With a BA Honours degree in Creative Writing already under her belt, Leigh-Ann has also recently completed her post graduate Masters degree at Bath Spa University in Writing for Children. She is passionate about the written word, as you’d expect.
She is calm and considered, fantastic at spotting and securing PR opportunities for clients and brilliant at SEO and social media. Originally from Caerphilly, she also ups the Welsh contingent in the office, importantly.
Georgia joined the business as account manager in 2020, having previously been a part of the team at Windhager Ltd for seven years. With a long-term passion for writing, she also launched, promoted and managed local offices for Space365 as part of her role.
Skilful at both communicating and building strong relationships, Georgia enjoys all aspects of account management that come with PR, having quickly immersed herself into the team.
Georgia is effervescent and positive, with a can-do attitude and awe-inspiring organisational skills. Although the role doesn’t quite fulfil her childhood ambition of being an astronaut, we’re confident Georgia will be one of our enduring stars.
Social Media Account Executive
Yasmin joined us at Carnsight in January 2022. With a Bachelor of Arts in English & New Media/Social Science, and a background in media and marketing, Yasmin took to the role like a duck to water.
Born in Kuwait and having studied in New Zealand before moving to the UK, Yasmin is a well-seasoned traveller with a passion for effective communication no matter the context. Action-oriented and brimming with creative ideas, Yasmin quickly proved herself as a fantastic addition to the team.
She also brings with her Georgio, the Chihuahua/Papillon, who Clifford is currently considering for the position of Pup-lick Relations Intern.
An experienced and accomplished PR, Emma has worked with the team as a PR consultant since early 2022 and she’s a brilliant self-starter who works hard to exceed objectives on every campaign. With in-house roles at John Lewis and Laura Ashley and agency roles at firms like Speed Communications under her belt, Emma is as comfortable pitching in high end fashion and beauty as the latest developments in the law and property industries.
A proficient writer with an excellent turn of phrase, Emma’s still driven by achieving and smashing targets and, in her own words: “the delight and excitement that I feel when a piece of coverage lands is as strong today as it was on my first day in the business.”
Another bookaphile, aside from the daily grind Emma can be found discussing the summer’s bestsellers in her weekly bookclub. And if there’s a large glass of rose and a seat in the sunshine to aid the discussion, so much the better.
Head of Pup-lick Relations
Clifford is perhaps the most important member of the Carnsight team. He definitely gets special treatment as the youngest (and only canine) son of the boss.
He’s a beautiful Cockapoo and is always there to boost team morale…
…though he does often sleep on the job!
