The Treatment Rooms London
Becoming synonymous with safe and ethical hair transplant practices
The Challenge
As a surgeon-led and patient focused hair transplant clinic, it was important for The Treatment Rooms London to be recognised as trustworthy.
With the media reporting a number of stories surrounding unethical and dangerous practices in the industry, particularly abroad, The Treatment Rooms London needed to be recognised for its credibility.
As GMC qualified doctors, both Dr Roshan Vara and Dr Dilan Fernando wanted to use their expertise to establish a media platform, educating the public regarding issues related to hair loss and ethical hair transplantation practices.
Passionate about patient wellbeing and mental health, their holistic, patient-centred care focuses on the psychological impact of hair loss, and its impact on confidence, self-esteem and identity.

The Solution
Establishing the team as media friendly, well connected experts
Through a sustained PR approach, our ongoing work with The Treatment Rooms London meant consistent media outreach, influencer collaborations and thought leadership:
- Focusing on key aspects of hair transplant practices, we offered commentary and an expert perspective.
- We worked both reactively and proactively while securing opportunities to educate on hair loss. We explored all angles related to health and wellness, broadening our publication opportunities with commentary on eyebrow hair loss and menopausal hair loss.
- We secured several influencer collaborations, with the combination of audiences increasing brand exposure.
- We highlighted several case studies, demonstrating real-patient experiences of The Treatment Rooms London, improving brand credibility.
- We built a profile for employees, particularly Dr Puroshini Pather as one of the youngest female hair transplant surgeons in the UK.
We built a long-term positive reputation, creating media trust in The Treatment Rooms London.
